Identity
Intro
I build reliable platforms, useful products, and stronger engineering organisations.
I lead architecture and engineering for high-traffic platforms, turning complex operational problems into scalable, reliable products. I combine hands-on technical work with team leadership and production ownership.

Principles in practice
Values
These are the working principles I return to on platforms and products. Longer write-ups live under Principles.
- Prefer operable systems over impressive demos — a path that survives production load, operations, and change beats a polished happy-path demo.
- Make constraints and trade-offs visible — decisions are easier to trust and revisit when options and what you gave up are stated plainly.
- Own the path from problem to production — stay accountable from framing through delivery and production care, not only to “merged” or “demoed.”
Focus
Current direction
My near-term focus is architecture and engineering ownership on high-traffic platforms: reliable delivery, performance and cost discipline, and the standards that keep systems operable under real load. At DrJob, that means backend and platform work for a multi-country job platform in production.
Longer term, I am progressing toward CTO-level engineering leadership and SaaS entrepreneurship: systems that endure, teams that can operate them, and products worth owning over time.
